Perspectives Gallery started 5 years ago as a program of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven under the direction of Debbie Hesse while she was the Director of Programs and Artistic Services. ECOCA is proud work with Perspectives Gallery, as an off site venue curated by Debbie Hesse.
Exhibitions are on view to the public at 200 Leeder Hill Drive, Hamden, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4–7 pm, and Saturdays, 1–4 pm. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
