  • Residency Liaison: Max Schmidt is our ECOCA A.I.R. liaison. Email him with any concerns and other issues — mschmidt@elycenter.org. For general facility needs (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, broken bulb, etc), Residents should contact Max and he will purchase these items and deliver them to the center. Any other issues such as water, etc., please contact Max.

  • Residency Hours: The hours are 8 am – 10 pm. No one is allowed in the building outside of these hours. Resident meetings are weekly unless otherwise scheduled. All residents must come in and out of the side door on the left-hand side of the building. If you must leave the building, please take the key with you.

  • Sign in and sign out sheet: Please use the sign in and sign out sheet each time you arrive and leave the building. This way each resident will know who is in the building.
